Delegation of powers at Ponta do Sol Basic and Secondary School

Order No. 218/2026 formalizes the delegation of powers from the President of the Executive Council of the Ponta do Sol Basic and Secondary School, Ricardina Estefânia Xavier de Andrade, to her vice-presidents:

• João José Gonçalves (Vice-President): Responsible for hierarchical management and performance evaluation of senior technicians, coordinators, IT technicians, and operational assistants/technicians. He assumes the presidency of the Administrative Council in the absence of the incumbent.
• Sandra Aracy de Alfaia Pequenão Minhós (Vice-President): Competence to approve minutes of pedagogical structures and replace the President of the Executive Council in case of impediment.

The order also ratifies all acts performed by the vice-presidents since March 9, 2026.
