Through Ordinance no. 215/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Regional Government has formalized the distribution of budgetary charges related to the lease agreement for a property located at Rua do Aljube, number 49, in the parish of Sé, municipality of Funchal.
The building, which has a total useful area of 333.18m2 spread over three floors, is intended for the installation of the public services of the Technical Assistance of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (PEPAC R.A. Madeira). The contract establishes a total amount of €174,540.00, corresponding to a monthly rent of €7,000.00.

The diploma also stipulates that the amounts set for each financial year may be increased by the balance calculated in the previous year, with the annual update of rents in accordance with the legal coefficients in force also being contemplated. The expenditure for the current year is supported by the RAM budget, through funds allocated to the Regional Secretariat for Finance and the Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries.
